Vista Bahia is a new development has been designed to look similar to a traditional Andalucian village. It is made up of small blocks of three to six apartments on three levels. Vista Bahia is situated on top of a small hill, and many apartments have sea and golf views. On a clear day the North African mountains can be seen. It is conveniently situated just off the A7 coast road. At the small roundabout leading up to the apartments is an Esso service station and convenience store open till 10pm within a 5 minute walk.
The local town of Sabinillas and the Marina at Duquesa are a 3 minute drive away.
 

A regular bus service is available to all destinations along the coast. A taxi rank is adjacent to the Esso service station. Just across the road is the clean and quiet beach which benefits from

Vista Bahia is conveniently located between Marbella and Gibraltar, very close to Puerto de la Duquesa, with its bars and restaurants based around the marina. Estepona has a much larger selection of shops and restaurants and is a five minute drive. The marina at Sotogrande is a ten minute drive.
 

There is a swimming pool and gardens and also a separate baby’s pool. Adjacent to the pool is a shower room and toilets.

Vista Bahia is a 10 minute walk downhill to the local beach. A footbridge has recently been built to cross the road. Vista Bahia may not be suitable for Wheelchair users depending on the apartments location, please ask for further details on this.

• Outside there is a terrace, facing south west this benefits from afternoon and evening sun. From here the sunsets are spectacular. There is a patio set with 4 chairs. There are two sun lounger’s and a BBQ.
 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
