The municipality of Manilva, situated on the Mediterranean Coast, is a privileged town on the Costa Del Sol (Coast of the Sun), which is equidistant between two great tourist centres of Andalusia; Sotogrande and Marbella, and only 20 minutes from Puerto Banus. Enjoying year-round sunshine, Manilva is only 60 minutes drive from Malaga airport or 25 minutes from Gibraltar Airport. If you are a keen golfer, there are championship golf courses along the coast all the way from Malaga to Manilva.
Whether you just want a quiet relaxed break, or are the more adventurous type, there's plenty to do and see for everyone.
The complex has an excellent pool with showers, sunbathing area. Our guests can relax in the lush tropical gardens. Explore the local area as one is able to walk to all facilities within 5 - 15 minutes without having to embark on any steep inclines.

The penthouse comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The penthouse has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the penthouse cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The penthouse has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The penthouse is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the penthouse you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, a zoo, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the penthouse you will find climbing, a museum, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

Kevin says: "The property is superb - of the highest quality. Situated on the top (5th) floor (lift access), the panoramic views of the Med and adjacent golf course from the hugh terrace are fantastic. We spent much of our time in the apartments, as there was not much reason to move! Breakfast on the morning on the terrace was something we could get used to, with the sun shining all day long. There are ample chairs, tables, parasols, loungers to cater for everyone and also a bar-b-q which was great for cooking the evening meal. The kitchen is fully fitted, including washing machine and dishwasher, and the nearby supermarket is very reasonable. The communal pool is very well kept and perfect temperature for a dip. If you do get bored, the Marina is a short distance away and has plenty of bars and restaurants. And if you have a car, traditional Spanish towns such as Ronda and the lesser known Casares are highly recommended. Will be coming back very soon!"
