A VERY POPULAR HOLIDAY APARTMENT
An attractive and spacious ground floor apartment that opens directly onto a terrace with shady, covered eating area and only 25 metres from the pool across lawn.
The layout consists of a Lounge/kitchen/diner, two double or twin bedrooms, large shower room with double sinks and a separate toilet. The apartment has a traditional Catalan built-in BBQ. In addition to the views out across the garden and swimming pool,
the apartment also has stunning views to the rear across the fields to a magnificent bank of Poplar trees, a type of scene that Monet would have loved to capture.
This apartment was extremely popular throughout 2005 in the Spring, Summer and Autumn. The apartment is part of a quite lovely restored Catalan farmhouse set within a haven of conservation farmland but right on the edge of the colourful city of Perpignan. You can walk to the city but there is a restaurant, farm shop and vineyards in the conservation area. The Mediterranean 10 min, Pyrenees 20min, Spain 20min.

THE STUNNING CATALAN FARMHOUSE SETTING
The farmhouse situated in the heart of a conservation area of working family farms and gardens growing fruit and vegetables, herbs and flowers. There are even two vineyards palm tree nursery and various tree nurseries.
The area is called - Les Jardins St. Jacques -which historically was the garden for the monks of the St. Jacques church supplying produce to the growing connerbation of Perpignan.
This is a highly sought after location locally because of its peace and quiet and yet the entrance to Les Jardens st.jacques is right on the edge of a very attractive side of Perpignan. You can walk to the attractive centre of the city from the house.
The majestic mountain - Canigou dominates the horizon and during the day, the gardens are a haven for many types of birds and some exotic species migrate to the farmhouse gardens. Nigh times are very peaceful.
Just10 min drive from the Mediterranean, 15min from Spain and the Pyrenean foothills, this is an amazingly convenient and lovely spot.
