Conveniently located in the woodland surrounding Lac Mercier, the chalet benefits from a dock on the lake, available to guests for your own canoes or boats. In summer, the lake is a short walk from the chalet, while the old Tremblant village and all of its amenities, bars and restaurants is only a 15 minute walk away.

The chalet is situated halfway along the “Petit Train du Nord”, a 200km long trail from Mont Laurier to Ste-Agathe. The Petit Train du Nord, along with numerous other trails offer cycling and walking for all abilities.

Mont Tremblant is a genuine 4-season resort. Winter activities include downhill and cross-country skiing, skating and dog-sledding. Summer activities include hiking, canoeing, golf and cycling.  

Throughout the year there are many events and festivals such as the annual winter Ice Festival and summer Blues and Jazz Festivals. The holiday period also features many special events like torchlit parades and firework displays.

The Laurentians are famous for their fall colours, and with Lac Mercier and Mont Tremblant providing a spectacular backdrop, there is no better place to enjoy it this annual attraction.

The property benefits from two living rooms (one on each floor). The upstairs living room features the LCD flat screen TV and DVD setup and a sofa bed, whilst the downstairs living room features an air-hockey table and a second sofa bed.

The ski chalet comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the One in each living room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The ski chalet has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The ski chalet has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The ski chalet is in a very quiet area. It has a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a west facing balcony, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The ski chalet is right beside walking, cycling, mountain biking.

Close to the ski chalet you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, skiing/snowboarding, golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the ski chalet you will find a zoo.
