At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, Casa Verdugo's hilltop location provides a stunning view of Quepos in a tranquil setting. Although the village seems far removed, the home is actually just footsteps from myriad restaurants, bars, casinos and all the fun Quepos has to offer. There are vaulted hardwood ceilings, ceramic floors, two cable televisions, CD player, stainless cookware and more.

The home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One giant bedroom has two matrimonial beds, and still enough room to practice your salsa moves. An ensuite bathroom adjoins an atrium and a huge shower with hot water from both shower heads. The other bedroom has a matrimonial bed, cable TV and access to the second bathroom off the over-sized living room. The beds have comfortable orthopaedic mattresses.  

Agriculturally-grown teak is featured throughout the interior trim and used in the custom furniture. Other eco-friendly hardwoods are proudly displayed in the home's craftsmanship. The large kitchen has a teak breakfast bar, dining table, refrigerator, gas stove, toaster oven, coffee maker and other amenities.

Skylights make the interior especially cheerful. High ceilings with ceiling fans and lots of venting allow the home to catch cool ocean breezes. Casa Verdugo is lovingly maintained to the highest of standards as are all of the properties.

Manuel Antonio National Park is Costa Rica's smallest yet most popular. Other nearby attractions include visiting hidden waterfalls, canopy tours, whitewater rafting and sportfishing at one of the world's top destinations for sailfish and billfish. 

Casa Bumerango and Casa Warilla are just next door and booking more two or all of these homes make this the perfect setting for an larger groups.
 

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.
