A spacious modern kitchen is located centrally of the Villa and looking out to the front. It incorporates a fully fitted kitchen with a granite worktops, dishwasher, 6-ring hob and oven, American style fridge freezer with ice maker and chilled water dispenser and separate easy access drinks storage, microwave and dishwasher. A separate utility room houses a wine fridge with storage for red or white wine, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Located in a prime elevated location on the prestigious new Quinta Verde development it is minutes away from some of the best beaches and golf courses in the Algarve.

We of course hope we have left nothing out and that all the luxury, comforts and pampering have been put in place exactly. However there is always a small possibility something will have been missed. Nothing major of that we have taken extra care to ensure. But perhaps something unforeseen and unaccountable!

Its the little things like maid services, pool cleaning, gardener attendance - these are the tiny insignificant items that make a great holiday even more special and PERFECT.

 

You are near the beach but you will need a car to explore the area.

You will be only 3-4 minutes in a car from the fantastic exclusive Quinta Shopping square where you can eat, drink, shop in upmarket boutiques and purchase designer clothes and mix with the famous.

You will be 20 minutes from the airport - currently less than 30 Euros in a Taxi (if hired at the Airport).

You will be only 5 minutes from Quinta do Lago North & South Golf Courses, 5 minutes from Pinheiros Altos Golf Course, 10 minutes from the famous Vale do Lobo Royal & Ocean Golf Courses, 10 minutes from San Lorenzo Golf Course and 25 minutes from Vila Sol Golf Course.

Within minutes you have the fantastic and beautiful coastline, lakes and Ria Formosa Nature Reserve.

You will be only 20 minutes from Vilamoura and the harbour, or why not pay a visit to the old town of Loule and its famous markets selling such varied items as fresh sea food through to hand painted pottery. There is of course Faro town of Albufeira if you prefer something a little livelier!




 

There are five double bedrooms, with four of them (all but the master suite) having 2No. 3ft x 6'3" zip & link beds enabling full flexibility to suite the renter. They can be either 6ft double beds or full size comfortable single beds. The master bedroom having a genuine Antique route iron bed dating back to the 19th Century and has a superb balcony with views across the area. Don’t worry about bringing your hairdryers as we’ve even provided those in each bathroom to! Whilst we appreciate that a TV is not part of the reason you go on holiday to an area like this, we have provided a LCD flat screen with Freeview box. Also available for you musical entertainment is a multi CD player and iPod interlink enabling you to take all your favourite music with you and listen to it whilst sunbathing and drinking around the pool. A B-B-Q area is provided where you can prepare your food (or have a Chef in to do it for you) and a more than adequate seating area that will comfortably seat 10 people

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 5 double, 5 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
