This attractively furnished villa is all on one level and consists of a spacious lounge/dining area with plasma satellite TV , DVD/CD player and patio doors leading to the garden and pool area. A fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Two double bedrooms both with en suite shower rooms, a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom and another twin bedroom with an en suite shower room.
Air conditioning is available in all the bedrooms and is included in the price between 24/6/06 and 22/9/06. Outside these dates it is charged at £125 per week.
Outside is a private swimming pool (approx 8m x 4m), a bbq and extensive landscaped gardens with a large lawn area, fruit trees, palm trees and plenty of plants. The garden is fully enclosed and accessed via double automatic gates. The terrace that surrounds the pool is part shaded and is an ideal spot to enjoy your barbeque.
Car hire required.
