Villa Christine is a semi-detached stone built villa, from local quarried stone, it is situated in the small village of Prines, only a short drive from the town of Rethymnon, The villa has three bedrooms and will sleep six in comfort. As the villa is in a rural location you will need a car, Car hire can be arranged locally 

there is a large kitchen and dining area that can seat upto 10 people so you can invite friends around.

The Kitchen is fully fitted including Fridgefreezer, full cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and crockery.

Living room, there is a large sofa so you can relax in comfort, a large log fire and aTV.

Bedroom, the ground floor bedroom has Twin single beds, these can be pushed together to make a double using large sheets, and afitted wardrobe.

Toilet and shower room.

Patio and pool there is a large patio area with a pool to keep you cool on hot sunny days and a barbaque. 

Main bedroom, the main bedroom has a large double bed, fitted wardrobe with access to the balcony and veiws of the patio and sea.

Second bedroom, this bedroom has twin single beds, these can be pushed together to make a double using large sheets, fitted wardrobes with access to the balconyand veiws of the patio and sea.

Bathroom, Family bathroom with full size bath and shower.

Balcony, has a small table and chairs so you can relax in the beautiful surroundings. 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

Pets are not welcome

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, horse riding, scuba diving, a themepark.

Great support from the owner, Jeff, and his agent, Vangelis, and the maid service that kept the villa in great shape throughout the stay. The villa's location is away from the busy areas but if you have a car, which you will need, you can be in Rethymon within 10 mins and Chania within 1 hour. Also plenty of shops locally at Astipopolu 5mins away. If you're looking for a relaxing holiday at a villa with great facilities and also somewhere to use as a base to go further a field, then I would definatley recomend this villa."
