A 3 bedroomed detached villa with private pool and garden.
The villa consists of two twin rooms and a double room all with built in wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms lead onto the balcony offering panoramic views towards the coast.
There is an upstairs bathroom containing bath, shower toilet and a washing machine.
Downstairs offers an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area with built in oven and hob.from the dining room there are French doors leading to a patio area. Also downstairs there is a bathroom with shower and toilet. The pool and garden is accessible from the door in the living room. For those who visit the villa in June, there is an apricot tree in the garden which produces plenty of fruit for guests.
Car hire is recommended  

The quiet village of Pagalahori with its narrow streets and traditional coffee house is just a 2 minute walk from the villa, there is a taverna approximately 2klm away as is the beach, with supermarkets, bars and shops close by. The livelier resort of Platanes is just a 5 minute drive away with more shops and bars. This villa is one of five, two of which are fully occupied year round, the other two are rented out by jamesvillas 

 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a south facing garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, mountain biking, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find golf.

Catriona says: "The villa is ideally placed to visit different parts of the island easily. It is set in a quiet location but only minutes by car to shops and tavernas. The villa had everything we needed and was very comfortable. I think in fact that the photos on the website don't do the villa justice as it is much better in reality. Will definitely recommend to friends and will consider returning myself."
