Upper floor has:
one double bedroom with a white 6ft luxury day bed, built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside tables all in the same style. The main bedroom also has its own separate balcony where café style table and chairs are provided to take breakfast, lunch or dinner, or just to look out over the surrounding countryside and the sea
a further bedroom which can sleep up to two adults or children. This bedroom comes with two single beds. There are built-in wardrobes, and bedside table. Each bedroom has aircon, if you wish to use this the cost would be E20 (euro) per unit (to be paid locally)
A fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave, kettle, oven and four ring hob, fridge/freezer, iron & ironing board),
furnished dining and lounge area with dining suite, comfortable navy blue leather sofa, TV, D.V.D player (with some D.V.D's) coffee tables, music system
a high quality double futon sofa is also provided which could sleep a further two people if required
a 17ft covered terrace to the lounge area is accessed by large double French windows. This terraced area has an additional dining table and chairs so that guests can take meals together and look out over the sea and mountain views

To the west is one of the longest sandy beaches in the Mediterranean, 14 kms long!

There are two excellent large local supermarkets (Champion and Lidl) within a 5 minute drive from the villa from which a good range of food and supplies can be purchased.

A mini market/provisions shop is only 2km away at Adele. A restaurant and bar are 6 kms from Villa Alexandra.

However, the villa can be booked as a whole or as an independent floor with a private pool. There is adequate parking for two family sized vehicles and each floor has its own private garden areas as well as communal garden space, patio and pool. Both floors are furnished throughout with luxury furniture in the Cretan colours of deep blue, white and aqua The final 100 meter's up to the villa is fairly steap but is more than compensated by the stunning views from the villa.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In the lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Harry says: "We enjoyed our stay at the Villa Alexandra very much: stunning views, quiet, very complete, except for the TV: the aerial seemed to be moving a bit, I had to retune it almost daily, finding new stations all the time. We strongly recommend the installation of an inexpensive free-to-air satellite system, pointed at Hotbird at 13 degrees east, this will give almost any nationality 1 or more TV channels, even Greek (ERT-SAT). Nevertheless, we were sorry to leave after only 1 week, but we will be back! Thanks Margaret and Toni, you are doing a great job!!"
