ELENIS TRADITIONAL HOUSE is a spacious traditional studio in the village of Lindos, in a quiet corner with a spectacular view of the Acropolis, the sea and the village itself.
It is on the first floor over a traditional house with a pebbled garden, a grapevine arbour and Mediterranean flowers and plants.
The studio has its own separate roof garden with sunbeds, umbrella and an outdoor sittingroom from where one can enjoy the amazing view of the village with its whitewashed houses.The contrast with the blue sea is absolutely wonderful!
The interior is kept in a traditional style with wooden furniture and ceiling, a traditional raised bed, a bathroom and of course a kitchen with all modern appliances.
Our studio lies in the heart of the village but ,as it is on a quiet street, away from the noise of bars etc. You will find yourself amidst the everyday life of the locals, near taverns, shops and a parking place. Beaches are a 10 min walk away.
Enjoy unforgettable holidays with a taste of the excellent hospitality of the friendly Lindian villagers. The house is cleaned every 2nd day with change of linen every 3 to 4 days.  

Lindos is a picturesque town 50 km south of Rhodes city and was one of the ancient three-city states. It lies on the slopes of a rocky hill and towering above the town stands the ancient Acropolis with its Doric temple of Athena.

During the period of the Knights of St.John, the Acropolis was fortified and became part of the castle. The Acropolis can be visited and if the ascent seems too tiresome, one can always hire one of the many donkeys from the town’s main square.

Lindos is under preservation order and its pebbled streets, Byzantine churches and 15th century house(many once owned by famous sea captains) give the town its magical character.

Surrounding sandy beaches invite the visitor to relax in the sun and there are numerous bars,tavernas and restaurants for entertainment.

Saint Paul’s bay is situated at the south of Lindos and it is said that St Paul landed here in 43AD. All beaches offer sun beds and shades for rental

The room/studio is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a summer house, a south facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking.

Close to the room/studio you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing.
