Prassonisi lies on the southern tip of the island, it is accessible by jeep and is considered to be a windsurfer�s paradise.

Different levels of this modern apartment will make you feel as if you are actually in a house! The first bedroom has its own shower room located on the upper floor across the bedroom . At the ground floor is a modern kitchen running the whole length of the apartment. The kitchen is open plan with the lounge and large patio windows open out onto the patio and pool site. Wooden loungers let you to relax in the sun, while the outdoor wooden dining furniture let you to enjoy your meals in the Mediterranean sun covered by the sun shade of the house.

The second twin bedroom is located up 6 steps off from the lounge and a second shower room is conveniently located on the same level.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double and 1 cots. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the lounge, 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Irina says: "We have been the first guests in this villa and it exceeded our expectations in every respect. To begin with, what you see is what you get - the pics and description that you find on this site are absolutely accurate. The villa is just a short stroll from the sea and has a lovely blue pool in front. We are a couple of 24 and 28yo and for us it has been a perfect and very romantic holiday. The seashore is remarkable - shingle beach, very clean, extremely few people, quiet, limpid water. The house itself (although it bothered me much less!) is very nice design, clean and offers everything you might need, it would do even for a family with children (the kitchen is well equipped). The overall location is great - it is outside the commonplace touristic area, but quite close to the town of Lindos (15min drive), which is quite busy at nights (and is worth seeing for those who enjoy history and taking pictures). So we had everything we could dream of - both wild life and entertainments when needed. I would particularly want to thank the landlords who were extremely kind to us and availiable for any our need."
