A local ski resort within 40 minutes for winter activities such as snow boarding, skiing and snowshoe walking. You will be within 15 minutes of Annecy town - the Venice of France with its historic sites. You will be 45 minutes from Cosmopolitan Geneva.  

The house overlooks a hamlet named Paterier. This is a farming locality. You will witness Alpine farming activities in the Summer time. Cows with bells being brought down from the mountains for milking, hay being saved, timber being saved for winter fires. You can walk around the roads with lake and mountain views surpassing themselves around every corner. If you are the energetic type you can join with the cyclists who cycle up and down the road. Beautiful Summer weather, butterflies, birds, and Alpine flowers and vegetation make this location heavenly.  

Yes, you can hire a car, or we could make our own car available to you at a negotiated price. It is a Renault Laguna - diesel and in good working order.
It has a roof rack for skiis and a rack for carrying two bicycles. It is very pleasant cycling down the hill to the lake, however, the less energetic might need car transport for themselves and bike to return to the house.

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Living room, 1 double sofa bed located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
