Rodney Quay (pronounced "key) consists of a group of twelve townhouses/condominiums built around a fully landscaped garden at Rodney Bay and within easy walking distance to Reduit Beach, shops and many fine restaurants.
Rodney Quay #2 is in a block of five town houses. Built on two levels, it features a combined living/dining area as well as the kitchen and laundry room on the main floor.
Both the sitting and dining rooms have French doors that open onto a covered garden patio that overlooks the marina. A terrace leads from the sitting room and provides alfresco dining or sunbathing in a delightful private garden.
Upstairs, there are two spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms and two baths (only one is en-suite). Both bedrooms face the Marina and have a tea/coffee maker.
The property enjoys use of a communal swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
The St. Lucia Golf and Country Club is less than a 15-minute drive away.
