"La Cascina" is situated on a `2 hectare property and overlook a picturesque hilly scenario typical of the northern Rome countryside where sheep and horse grazing are a familiar site. La Cascina surrounds an interior courtyard with orange and lemon trees, and a wading pool. A 120mt (350ft) long road entrance, surrounded by olive trees, leads to the villa.

The inner courtyard, 400 square meters (3600sq.ft) has a fountain and wading pool (5mt by 2mt by 1.2mt deep) where you can refresh and sun bathe during the warm summer months.

La Cascina, independent from La Villa, overlooks the interior courtyard and wadding pool. Two, North and South grape pergolas each of about 40 square meters, provide a shaded and relaxing area where you can enjoy your meals. La cascina is also available for rent, and is located in this website as a differente property and therefore price. It can sleep a maximum of 3.

Outside furniture, including dining tables seating up to 4 and barbecue are provided.




 

La Cascina is a 70 square meters (700square feet) house situated across the Villas' courtyard. The house consists of a living room with fireplace, a dining area, a kitchen and a half-service bathroom with washing machine. An additional large bedroom with large bay window and wooden floors, overlooks the living room and has a double bed (also available as 2 twin beds) and en-suite bathroom with shower. The house has chestnut beam ceiling and terracotta floor and has a northern and southern facing patio with garden furniture and barbecue.

Living room: a spacious 20 square-meter (200 sq.ft) with stucco and terracotta tile fireplace, a 12ft high ceiling of wooden chestnut and couch with pull-out bed.

Dining room: adjoining dining area between the kitchen and the living room seats 4. Adjacent the dining room area is the laundry area and small bathroom.

Kitchen: equipped with gas stove and electric oven, cooking surfaces and fridge.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 3 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
