Set in the National park of Veio just 20 minutes by car, north of the Eternal City of Rome. It has its own grounds on the edge of the medieval town of Sacrofano 1km away. Reach the Lake of Bracciano in 20 minutes, were you can swim or if you prefer the coast visit Santa Severa or Santa Marinella just 40 minutes away. A trip to the cultural City of Florence is a must or step back in time visit Pompeii, both 2 hours 15 minutes away. For Venice and the Lakes arrange an overnight stop to take in the beauty. Enough of travel, time to relax in the sheltered garden of the villa. A home from home with 3 bedrooms and ample living space. Your stay should be a comfortable and memorable one.
 

 

 

The property has 3 double bedrooms. 2 with double beds and another double size room leads off one of the double bedrooms and has a settee that pulls out into 2 single beds. Thus sleeping 6 people.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Several golf courses in the area as well as horse riding, swimming, tennis or just relax.

Sacrofano is the nearest village with many small shops and great restaurants.

Dear Chris,

Thank you. We had a very lovely holiday. The weather was excellent all
week. We left the villa as we found it. Your friend Laura was very helpful.
The villa and Sacrofano is lovely. Top marks go to the Panificio for the excellent bread
(have you tried the casareche type?) as well as Lo Chalet where the food
was excellent and very well priced. We also discovered a lovely villa and
gardens called Villa Lante in Bagnaia which is north of Viterbo, around 80Km
north of Rome, well worth a visit. There is an excellent restaurant just
outside it, thoroughly recommend it.

We left the very helpful information booklet about the villa and sacrofano.
