The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, 2 independant kitchens, 2 bathrooms, and 2 large terrasses.

The villa has two floors and is divided into 2 separate apartements, with own front-doors and own facilities.
Each "apartement" has a separate kitchen and bathroom with toilet.
The top floor apartement has 3 bedrooms, the ground-floor apartement has 2 bedrooms.
The garage and the roof terrace are for the "top-apartement"

This add refers to the ground floor apartement, the top-floor apartement is in an other add.
The difference between the 2 "apartements" is not only in price, the finishing of the top apartment is more luxurios and it is bigger.

The surrounding garden is for general use, the ground floor apartement has an own terrace on subterranean level.

Rental rates vary according to seasons and include basic utilities.
On arrival there will be a full gas supply in the gas-bottles. When this supply is empty you will have to change it. The moment you leave the villa we will ask you to leave a full supply of gas in the bottles again.
food and drink are at your expense.

The villa has a guardian / congierge who is staying 24 / 7 in the house 

in the villa (groundfloor and topfloor appartment together) we can accept up to 10 adults and a couple of children (non-disclosed / more information to be received on demand) Smoking inside the house is stricly prohibited! The house has several balcony's and terraces on wich smoking is allowed...... The owner of the house has strict rules about the use of drugs.....they are prohibited also! Please DO NOT use drugs (e.g. hash) on our premisses, usage of drugs could mean we decide to remove you and your party from our premisses without any refunding.....

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 4 people.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 15 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find an oven, a fridge, a kettle. The owner has also provided glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
