Feel at home in our spacious, newly built semi-detached house for sole occupancy covering a floor area of approximately 150m2. The house is well equipped with all modern amenities comprising of 5 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms: 2 of which includes a single bed 1 twin bedroom 1 bedroom with guest bed), family bathroom, guest WC, shower room and a fully fitted open plan kitchen/dinning/living area with access to a terrace opening onto a private garden. Two of the bedrooms opens onto a sunny balcony with unobstructed views of the Hohe Tauern mountains. 

The Europa Sportregion is a paradise for first class skiing holidays, offering over 130km of groomed slopes for all levels of skiers and snowboarders. The Europa Sportregion lift pass allows access to the Schmittenhoe Mountain in Zell am see and to Salzburg’s only glacier – the Kitzsteinhorn, located in Kaprun. At 3,000m the glacier provides all year round skiing for the enthusiastic skiers.
