Our villa is in an excellent location, peaceful and yet within walking distance of a beautiful beach with promenade, lined with restaurants and cafe bars. Also within walking distance is the large Spanish town of San Pedro . The town offers every amenity fabulous restaurants,internet cafes, shops, chemists, local bars and lovely shops there is even a Mcdonalds.
Bus stop just 3 minute walk from villa which takes you all over the coast for as little as 3 Euros.

Puerto Banus is 5 minutes by bus or car.

The villa is beautifully presented, furnished to a very high standard to meet the needs of a luxury holiday. In the lounge you will find a 42" Plasma televsion,leather sofas, swags and tails adorning the windows, marble dinning table which seats eight people.

OUTSIDE THE VILLA
The large terrace is equipped with a barbacue and seating
which overlooks the private pool and lovely garden., ideal for enjoying the sun or Al Fresco dinning.
The garden is well looked after, our gardener comes
twice a week. The pool is also regularly maintained by our pool man who cleanes it twice a week.
Brand New Full Size Baby Cot can be hired for £40 per week. Brand new high chair also available at £20 per week.

Bora Bora beach is about 5 minutes, here you will find a beautiful promenade adorned by palm trees and exotic planting. Restaurants line the beach providing everything from a cup of coffee to a la carte evening meal. Water sports, sun beds and umbrellas are available for hire for a relaxing day at the beach.
The quaint town of San Pedro is also approximately 5 minutes walk, obtaining its Spanish feel, the town offers every facility, Macdonalds, Internet Cafe ,large supermarkets, local cafes, lovely restaurants, once a week they is an open market where many bargains may be found.
There is a beautiful square where the Spanish gather to discuss the issues of the day.
 

Puerto Banus renowned for its glamour is 3km away. Around the harbour are restaurants, pubs, entertainment to suit everyone needs. Famous Designer Stores are on offer for the shopper’s amongst you.
Marbella Town is approx 1O minutes, Well worth a visit is the famous Orange Square relax and take in the atmosphere with a cool drink soaking up the Spanish sunshine.
Gibraltar is 45 minutes, see the Barbary Apes and step into little England.
Ronda known historically for its bullring and ancient towns provides wonderful views over the viaduct. Approx 30 minutes driving time.
There are day trips to Morocco the choice is yours, travel independently or arrange a day trip in the town of San Pedro.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

paul says: "Just returned from Casa Loja, where we spent 1 week. A group of us needed a well earned break after the Christmas rush. We all had a fantastic time, throughly delighted with the villa and its accomodation, there were 8 of us in the group and the villa offered the space you,re denied staying in hotels. We were extremely pleased with the decoration and cleanliness of Casa Loja, unlike other villas we each had our own bedrooms, no put up beds which we had experienced before. Full marks are given for many reasons, the owners could,nt do enough to please us and we are very grateful to them. Fantastic value for money, great location, we spent a lot of time at the villa and we found the facilities to be excellent. "
