For golfers we can organise tee times and advance bookings catering for groups of up to 12 people. La Residencia is in the centre of Costa del Sol's golf valley with easy access to all major golf courses.

Close by there is a cross section of high quality or reasonably priced Spanish and International restaurants and Los Arqueros Golf Club is a few minutes walk away with a good quality restaurant open every day for lunch or dinner and entertainment most evenings.

For those that like night life it's a short drive or taxi ride to clubs, bars and restaurants. casino, horse racing, Puerta Banus is only 10 minutes drive and Marbella and Sotogrande Port 15 and 20 minutes.

The accommodation is on one level with main bedrooms, salon and dining room all with vaulted ceilings and patio doors leading out to the undercover patio and open ended courtyard. Outside there is a 12 seat dining table for those long Spanish style lunches or outside dining most months of the year. There are also seating areas around the courtyard where you can relax in sun or shade and admire the views.

Across the centre, the salon is ideal for parties, has a vaulted ceiling and log burner fire for effect in the winter, with open planarea linked to the dining room and kitchen.

The East Wing comprises Master and main guest bedroom both with en-suites and dressing areas. The master bedroom has panoramic views over golf course and a shaded patio area. This wing also includes the vaulted ceiling dining room with French doors overlooking the courtyard and well proportioned kitchen with all the latest cooking facilities.

The West wing is entered via the television room and comprises three further bedrooms all with vaulted ceilings, en-suites and Patio doors opening on to the courtyard.

In the basement there is a further large, well designed bedroom with, dressing area and full en-suite facilities, which would suit teenagers, Au-pair, etc.

All bedrooms have twin beds which can be brought together as doubles.There are hairdryers in all bedrooms.

The basement leads to fully equipped utility room, storage area and double garage. The property is entered though electric security gates leading to a large car parking area.

The swimming pool and patio area at the lower level with views over golf course and sea, are reached by staircase off the courtyard or alternatively by slope from the front of the property. The modern heated swimming pool uses latest water filtration technology to offer chlorine free safe bathing for adults and children alike.

There are sunbeds, shaded areas and barbeque facilities.

 

Undoubtedly the most beautiful view on Los Arqueros elevated and overlooking two lakes, fairways and valley toward San Pedro and the sea.

The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 6 twin and 3 cots, 6 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 6 bathrooms and 7 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, vinyl records, cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym, a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 15 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
