A comfortable bungalow with roof terrace and separate pool house, set in beautiful mature gardens and located in the typically Andalucian pueblo village of Salto de Agua on the outskirts of San Pedro Alcantara. Aguas Frescas is only a 4km drive into town and approximately 7 minutes drive to the beach. The property is located in a small road and totally enclosed offering total seclusion to its guests.
The bungalow is comfortably furnished in a rustic style and the accommodation consists of four bedrooms and four bathrooms, there is a lounge/dining room with satellite TV (some English channels) and doors leading to an ample sun terrace which overlooks the grounds and private swimming pool, a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher and microwave. Washing and drying facilities are housed separately in the pool house for added convenience. The property has superb views available from the roof terrace towards the surrounding mountains and distant sea.
