Very beautiful apartment with terrace, well furnished.
Ideal for a couple with max 1 child loving the sea and the hill at the same time.
The house is an historic one, built many centuries ago but fully restored recently. The entrance is in common with my house, there is a nice stairs made with "lavagna", a typical ligurian black stone. The apartment is on the second and last floor, is about 35 sq. Composed by a big room with double bed , a living corner with couch and tv, small separate kitchen with fridge and everything you need.
There is a bathroom , very nice, all green.
The terrace is also 35 mq, with table annd chairs, and has a fantastic view of thi hills. IS very secluded and quiet.
THe house has also a garden that you can use whenever you want. 

I looked a lot for an house in this area, when I found this one I've had no doubts : it has to be mine !
The area is quiet and green, not reachable by car ( only small cars ) and this can be a great "plus" as there are no sounds at all, only cows sometimes.... 

Loano is at 3 kms, but the best way to visit this area, if you love the sea, is to change places everyday.
You can easily reach Bergeggi, Noli, Albenga, Cervo and many other nice places. 

Really nice apartment with a big terrace. I'ts on the second and last floor of an ancient house fully restored. It's about 35 mq, composed by a big room with a double bed, a living area witha couch and tv, 1 separate kitchen ( small but very nice ) where you cann eat, 1 bathroom . The terrace is also 35 mq, with table and chairs. Restaurants and shop are at 100 mts and the area is really quiet and peaceful. If you like to walk there are a lot of nice place to visit and fantastic views reachable by foot. At 3 kms there is the sea and all the crowd you need ! The area is ideal to visit Genova, San Remo, Albenga, Montecarlo. All these locations are easily reacheble in max 1 hour by car. We live in the same house, on the second floor and we are there for everything you need, informations and so on. We also have a vegetable garden and we offer you vegetables, free of charge, biological, depending on the season. And if you like you can help us in taking care of the garden !
