El Dourado is situated in the picturesque village of Santa Barbara, 20 minutes from Faro . This stunning 4 bedroomed all en-suite was built in 2000 to extremley high standards throughout. The villa is set in 2 acres of land and has spectacular views of the Algarve. There is a tropical garden, grassed lawns and a large heated swimming pool, together with dining terraces and a dedicated barbecue patio. The villa has two sets of automatic secirity gates, electronic window shutters and a burglar alarm. The property is air conditioned throughout, as well as having underfloor central heating. 

El Dourado has 1 King sized double bedroom, with ensuite bathroom and a balcony overlooking 30 miles of Algarvian coastline, together with 3 other large twin bedrooms all with en suite facilities. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes fridge/freezer, oven, hob ,microwave, dishwasher and toaster. There is a seperate laundry room that houses a sink a washing machine and dryer, together with iron and ironing board.
The spacious living room is serviced by state of the art satellite tv dvd and and Hi Fi player and has glass doors opening on to the patio and garden areas. The dining room sits 8 people comfortably again with glass doors opening onto the patio and garden areas 

 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 twin, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
