It is inside Guavaberry Golf & Beach Country Club, an 18 holes Gary Player signature design Golf Course. The condo features140 Sq Meters, 2,000 Sq feet floor plan decorated with elegant, yet casual and refined furniture and decorative accessories. In each bedroom, there is a 30" HDTV with cable and DVD player. A fully equipped kitchen accommodates 6 people.
