Quinta da Horta is situated in a very quiet location and is perfect for those seeking a very relaxing holiday in excellent surroundings. The restored Farm house is divided into two separate quintas and sleeps 4 adults with room for additional children in the larger quinta and 2 adults with room for additional children in the smaller of the two quintas.
There is a large swimming pool adjacent to the bedroom, with a large patio and Barbeque leading off.
Large fruit trees fill the gardens that surround the pool.
 

Quinta da Horta - which means Kitchen Garden - is only 5 minutes walk to a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars.
Ther is also a Muesum and historic buildings to view, all within a short walk. 

Several Golf courses are within a 20 minute drive of the Quinta.
Loule market town is just a 10 minute drive and Villamoura Harbour and Aqualand is only 15 minutes away. 

The farm house comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed. This gives room for up to 3 people.

The farm house has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The farm house has television video. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The farm house is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The farm house is right beside swimming, walking, cycling.

Close to the farm house you will find flying, golf, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the farm house you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, a sports center, scuba diving, a zoo, a themepark.

Sally says: "Ann and Kieth are great host's, very welcoming but not intrusive at all. We stayed in the 1 bedroomed villa which was beautiful with access to the pool area straight from our bedroom door!! The property is well furnished and equiped but if there is anything you need Ann is always to hand to help out. The villa is in a lovely quiet spot and only a five minute walk away from the local town. There are many places to eat and drink within walking distance, we found it was very cheap to eat out as this is not a big tourist spot like you get on the coast. If you are staying for more then one week we suggest you hire a car Portugal is beautiful and there are loads of great places withing 20 mins drive of the villa. We will be returning next year as it is excellent value for money and such a lovely place."
