The property is the larger part of an imposing house on the beachfront facing the sea. This party of sardinia is called the costa verde (green coast) due it's year round greenery that clings to the hills and coastline. this area is very italian but traditionally sardinian, the coastline is unspoilt, the water is clear and the air clean. the sunsets are amazing and the roof terrace affords excellent and uninterrupted views. 

the property can be reached via the airports of cagliari (nearest @ 1.5 hours) or Algerho (north of the island approx 2.5 hours). the journey from the airports is very secenic and is a mixture of motorway and mountain roads. A car is essential although with planning, trains and buses can be used to get to this property.
during the summer season there are supermarkets open (2) nearby and other activities like scuba diving are also available. there are 2 very good restaurants within walking/short driving distance which are open all year round. the area is traditionally italian and a phrase book would be very helpful. 

this area is very family orientated, and although there are no theme parks, nightclubs or jet skis this is a holiday for total relaxation. if you are energetic then there are some excellent walks and cycling routes for you to try.

Arnold says: "Magnificent typical Italian style appartment, beautiful view on the beach and sea. This is not for the -all included- type of tourist, because it's in the "silent"part of Sardinia. You'll need a car to get your grocery and to restaurants in the next town (6 km) In reward you'll get the greatest sunsets from your spacious rooftop. Live like an Italian under the grape-covered pergola. Sip Sardinian wine while the only thing you'll hear is the sea. smell the herbs and flowers that surround you. and.. you're the only tourist on the beach. btw. pics on the site make it look pretty small, actualy this property has a pretty large living, with one of those tables that can accomodate a large italian family+inlaws. Outside is spacious too, you can walk around the back and sides of the house on this property in total privacy, surrounded by trees, shrubs, flowers. Me, my wife and the kids had a great time, one of the best holidays ever!"
