The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym, table tennis.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. Christopher says: "We were delighted with the villa. It has a great layout and feels like a real home. Its setting is superb and PSP is a very nice little town - I hope it doesn't get too much bigger. The outside gardens and terraces are very good and the rooms generous. The Villa is very well furnished and equipped. In a nutshell we loved it and will be planning a return trip. A few points of constructive criticism: The stairs (on both sides could have some better guards for children); the bunk room could do with a bit of chearing-up (perhaps some better lighting) and if you are greater than 6' - watch yourself on the stair ceiling. Minor points really compared to the great overall quality of the villa and its kit."
