A recently built complex of six luxurious residences commenced operating in the traditional and historic place of “Kounoupitsa” in the island of Spetses, in a small distance from the island’s harbour, Ntapia.
The residences are located in a picturesque, interesting and quiet neighbourhood, ideal for relaxation and recreation. Spetses is one of a few islands that cars are not allowed!!
It combines short distance walks through the short alleys, to the centre “Ntapia”, to the countryside, or the sea, the local market and the numerous restaurants and sea food taverns.
The Altamoura beach is only moments away from the residence, while the fully equipped sports centre “Kaiki” beach is on a 10 minute walking distance
