A recently built complex of six luxurious residences commenced operating in the traditional and historic place of “Kounoupitsa” in the island of Spetses, in a small distance from the island’s harbour, Ntapia.
The residences are located in a picturesque, interesting and quiet neighbourhood, ideal for relaxation and recreation. Spetses is one of a few islands that cars are not allowed!!
It combines short distance walks through the short alleys, to the centre “Ntapia”, to the countryside, or the sea, the local market and the numerous restaurants and sea food taverns.
The Altamoura beach is only moments away from the residence, while the fully equipped sports centre “Kaiki” beach is on a 10 minute walking distance.
 

The residence is built within a 1500m garden and consist a miniature of the settlement in which it is confined.
The six residences of the complex are organised in three independent buildings, surrounded from paved yards and alleys, built in stone benches, and flourishing gardens and trees.
The three swimming pools that unfold between the buildings and the specially designed gardens distinguish the importance of the aquatic element while creating a unique atmosphere for quality times of relaxation.
The built in stone fences entwine the residences, guarantee privacy tranquillity and autonomy to its clients which consists the underlying philosophy of the residences.
 

The residences are built according to the traditional architecture of the island of Spetses, as far as it concerns:
•The organisation and interior design of each residence (reception room in the ground floor, and bedrooms in the first floor),
•the exterior design of the buildings (two-storey building of either rectangle or L shaped floor plan, with tiled roofs)
•as well as the materials used for the construction of the building (built in stone fences, tiled roofs, folding wooden shutters and wooden ceilings),
combine local architecture with high standards, in order to satisfy the modern needs of a highly demanding resident.
Each building constitutes of two independent residences which are developed in three levels.
Each residence is fully furnished with all necessary equipment and household appliances. They are fully air conditioned and include a fireplace.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double and 1 cots. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the In the ground level. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.
