The villa is structured on two levels, you enter through a big and luminous living room, rendered elegant thanks to the furniture and the materials used. The villa responds completely to the characteristics and culture of the Mediterranean Island.
The living room disposes of an angle with fireplace. It has an elegant and cured kitchen corner. A small hallway leads to a double bedroom with queen size bed. The bathroom has a shower with hydro-massage.
From the stairs in the living room you can go to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, one double and one single, one bathroom with shower. The villa is surrounded by an elegant and spacious veranda with outside furniture and view on the garden and swimming pool.
The villa has a beautiful garden with a lot of space that gives you the possibility to enjoy every moment of relax. The villa is approximately 10 minutes away from the airport of Punta Raisi (Palermo) and 25 km approximately from the city centre of Palermo.
On request you can book the dependance with double bed and bathroom inside the room.
