Located to the west of Side Central and recently built to a high specification, Turquoise Villas are 4 separate buildings each with 4 spacious apartments (100 sq.m including balconies).

Our apartment is equipped and furnished to a high standard. A helpful guide to both our apartment facilities and the surrounding areas, including beaches, is provided for your convenience.

The villas stand in private, peaceful, landscaped communal gardens and boasts a 8m x 12m swimming pool, a splash pool, outside shower, toilet facility and laundry sink. There is a live in maintenance man to provide maximum security even though the crime rate is very low.

Literally round the corner is a vibrant area full of bars, shops, hotels and other amenities which, unlike other areas in Side, are open year round. Side Central/old town is a few minutes away on the local dolmus bus.

Please note although Saturday is the preferred start day it is worth contacting the owner if that presents a problem.


 

The apartment has two bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi bath, 3 balconies, extremely well equipped kitchen with hob, extractor, oven, granite work-surfaces and large fridge-freezer. You can expect to find the kitchen equipment to match your own at home. The open-plan living room, kitchen, dining room is 9m long with dining facilities for 6 people both inside and on the balcony.

There is a sofa bed to sleep two, sofa and two arm chairs in the living room which is also equipped with satellite TV, DVD and stereo. One bedroom has two single beds which can be moved together, fitted units and a balcony. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, fitted units, ensuite bathroom and a balcony. Two floor standing fans are provided for those not wishing to use air-conditioning. A washing machine and cleaning equipment are provided.

 

Side is a great place and can fulfill all your holiday requirements. 300 days of sun, sand, sport... and sea - of course! Excellent beaches, plenty of night-life, plenty for the shopper - especially jewellery and clothes. Historically fascinating and romantic, you can wander through the Roman ruins at will. A 5-10 minutes ride on the local dolmus mini-bus takes you to Side central and the wilder east beach.

There are so many trips on offer and for a change, the nearby Torus mountains and lakes are well worth exploring. It really is an ideal location. In our apartment you will find a welcome folder containing brochures for local attractions and surrounding areas. This will also have as much information as we can provide to help you make the most of your time there.

Our aim is to provide you with a quality, comfortable base to make your holiday as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Our local Agent speaks very good English and is very conveniently located in the Dosi Hotel next to the apartment. 

Front and rear balconies have some views of the nearby sea and of the Torus mountains 30 mins. away. Open countryside is only a 5 mins. walk away. The communal pool is shared by only 16 apartment blocks and there are outside covered changing room/shower and toilet facilities. You will find the kitchen extremely well equipped with many more extras than mentioned here. We have even provided a box of childrens board games! Smoking is allowed on the balconies.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the living room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find mountain biking, skiing/snowboarding.

Karen says: "We spent 2 weeks at this villa and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It is a real home from home with all the utensils and and home comforts. its also extremely close to the beach and to the local amenities. The agent on site is very helpful, and we particularly liked the on site security (which I think may belong to another hotel) who patrol the area. A tip for future visitors who may like the space of an apartment but enjoy "all inclusive". Book this apartment then when you arrive speak to the agent about "all inclusive facilities" at the Dosi Hotel. Very, very good value for money. A tip for the owners would be to provide a welcome pack including some basic essentials."
