3-Bedroom Duplex Apartment on Side Hill
The lounge /dining/kitchen area is very large with all the usual modern conveniences including satellite TV. The whole apartment has broadband internet connection for those who cannot leave their work behind. The style is minimalist and modern. state of the art air conditioning units keep it cool inside. It is a very light and airy apartment, with good views from the large balconies on both floor levels of the Sorgun forest and mountains. The apartment is set on a hill, and is part of a brand new complex which opened in March 2006. It has 4 sun terraces the largest of which has sun loungers as well as dining facilities for 8 people. Side town is approx 1 km away, but there are local shops and bars 5-10 minutes walk.(The local Hawaii Bar has Sky TV for soccer lovers). The very secluded, sandy and quiet Side beach is approx. 1km. away. Beach facilities are good. The hire of a sun lounger, including canopy is 5TYL(£2) per day. Snack bar facilities are also available on the beach.
Local geography
The busy, bustling town of Manavgat is 6km away, and Side is 1km away. A small bus runs from the apartments to Side for those who do not fancy the 1km walk, it costs 1€.There are local buses called Dolmus buses that run all day between Side, Manavgat and other places. The cost of a trip is approx 50p per person. The service is run on a 'wave down' the bus and board basis. This saves hiring a car. There is, however, a car hire company five minutes walk from the apartment, and rates for car hire are approx. £25 per day including insurance and unlimited mileage.

The apartment has access to two pools one large one for swimming and one baby pool. Within the complex there is a full gymn and sauna as well as a cafe serving drinks and snacks.
