One of only 4 apartments, this large (203m2) luxury apartment is brand new and set over two floors in attractive gardens with pool in a quiet residential location but within easy walking distance (5-10mins) of the superb beaches, restaurants, nightlife and roman sites. Two large balconies, one off the master suite with traditional Turkish BBQ and one off the lounge. A smaller balcony is found off the first floor bedroom. All have patio furniture.
The master bedroom has ensuite with Jucuzzi. You have two further bathrooms for your party’s use each with bath and shower. The kitchen is of a good size and is equipped with all mod cons.
The lounge is large and airy and the sofa pulls out into a double bed.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, cot and is ensuite

Transfers are available on request, The cost is £70 for a party of up to 5 people or £110 for a party of 6 to 10 people and includes the return transfer. this cost is payable locally.
Maid service and welcome pack are available at extra cost and is also payable locally
The local bus service (dolmus) is excellent for visiting local towns and is very good value.

The apartment comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the lounge, 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge, 1 double bunk bed located in the Bedroom 3. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Michelle says: "There was 5 teenagers and a small child with us in our party so we had to have somewhere ideal for everyone and this was definately the perfect villa for that. The kiddie pool attached to the big pool was a godsend the kids spent hours in there. The beach isnt far away but i wouldnt advise walking get the free bus service, the treatment at the beach was fantastic the guys there really look after you. The people are so friendly. There are plenty of restaurants to go to, our favourite was the Amelda Bar we were treated like family all the kids loved it there. Mete the agent for the villa took us to the supermarket and showed us where places were he really made sure we had everything we needed. Fantastic holiday and i would definately recommend it to others brilliant value for money."
