Brand new villa. From every room in the villa you will enjoy the 180 degree views over the countryside to the sea. As the villa is south facing it enjoys the sun all day setting over the spectacular Antalya mountain range. We are situated 10 mins inland from the sea on the edge of a beautiful forest.There are only five villas here in this beautiful setting. Our villa is not overlooked or our views overshadowed by the other four. We are on the edge of a nature reserve and surrounded by pine trees and countryside. (The other villas are behind so do not interrupt our amazing views).The other properties are not rented out and are used by their owners once to twice a year enabling guests to enjoy the peace and tranquillity that this gorgeous area has to offer. 

The villa is only 15 min from the historic town of Side with its Roman remains.15 min to the beach 5 mins to resturants etc .We recomend a car and we can arrange hire during your stay 

Manavgat water falls 15 mins away follow the river up to the damns at the top with places to have lunch and a swim.On the way back visit the town of manavgat where they have 2 markets a week and a lovely town with shopping as well.

ANTALYA 40 mins away the large city with ultra modern shopping malls with a macdonalds inside .A lovely harbour with eating places also a large shopping centre.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, scuba diving, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

David says: " The property is situated on a small development of five villas on the edge of a small village in the hills about 25 mins from Side and 15 mins from nearest beach. The property is large, well furnished and in good condition. There is a good sized pool shared by four villas. While we were there in the middle of summer school holidays two of the four properties were not used at all and the other one only for a couple of days. It appears you have every chance of having the pool to yourself. Whether this property is for you depends on what you are looking for. If you want to be in the middle of the nightlife and tourist area, probably not for you. If you want peace and quiet in a lovely area but well within reach of the lively areas by car, this property comes highly recommended."
