Our new very large luxury 2 storey, 3 bedroom penthouse apartment is situated on Turkeys Mediterranean coast region of Antalya in the town of Side.
Side is around 35-40 minutes drive from the international airport in Antalya, which is open all year.
The luxurious Penthouse Apartment consists of a large lounge and open plan kitchen, three double bedrooms, one which has an "Emporer" sized bed, with each of the other two bedrooms being equipped with two double beds. (5 Double beds in total)
There are two bathrooms both with wet room showers and one with a jacuzzi bath. The three terraces offer fantastic views over the large pool.

The development is in a secure gated area, with 24 / 7 security. In the manicured gardens there is a good size swimming pool and childrens pool.
There is a large well equipped gym in the development that is available for use, together with a sauna for residents.
Within 5 - 10 minutes walk, there are several shops, bars and restaurants offering good quality food and drink. Side "Old Town" is about 25 minutes stroll or 5 minutes in a taxi or dolmus. In addition, there are a number of Golf clubs that exist and are being developed within easy reach of the apartment.
