This Duplex apartment was completed in October 2004 and is located in a very quiet area in the beautiful coastal region of Side, on the Turkish Riviera and only 45mins from Antalya airport. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a balcony and panoramic views of mountains in the distance. There are 3 balconies, one facing north two large terraces facing south. This is a friendly complex of 22 homes, with local supermarket across the road, many bars, restaurants and a nightclub within a 10 minute walk. This accommodation would suit a large family or 2 small families. Transfers from airport can be arranged.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double EACH WITH QUEEN SIZED BEDS, 1 twin. There are two sofa beds and two sofa chairs in lounge. Although there is room for more, the owners prefer parties of up to 6 people to ensure the standard of comfort is maintained. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 large bathroom with a large designer walk-in shower and a large Jacuzzi. Another bathroom is situated on the bottom floor with shower facilities also. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool or warm (in winter).

There is a separate baby pool on site and sunloungers are available to take to the pool. Pool open mid April to October. 

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. There is a ceramic hob, a matching stainless steel oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle and a toaster. The apartment also contains a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, and cooking utensils. All major appliances are made by Siemens.

The apartment has television satellite/cable, with an integrated CD/VCD player for your enjoyment.

Approximately 10 minutes walk from the apartment you will find a beach, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, scuba diving, shopping areas, restaurants and food shops.
Within easy reach of the apartment you will also find horse riding, golf and a theme park. Many tours are available to Aqua parks, stunning mountain gorges and waterfalls in Alanya and Manavgat , Jeep safaris and many more typical holiday entertainments.

A short ride on the DOLMUS (very cheap local taxi service) takes you to the town of Side, with Roman ruins, amphitheatre , restaurants and markets. after a long days sunbathing you can shop, eat visit the Temple of Apollo for a sunset concert or just stroll and soak up the friendly Turkish atmosphere.

DETAILS ABOUT MEDITERRANEAN COAST OF TURKEY

Far away from the noisy, alcohol-fuelled resorts on the west coast of Turkey, you can find relativelly unspoilt areas along the Mediterranean coast. Beginning from the south of splendid Taurus Mountains this coast offers the tourist beautiful scenery, sandy beaches, secluded coves, tranquil historical sites and attractive holiday facilities.

Situated on a peninsula and flanked by two stretches of golden beach, the pretty resort town of Side (50 minutes drive from Antalya airport) is a jumble of old and new, with an extensive range of tourist accommodation, shops, late-night bars and restaurants mixed in among the ruins of the ancient city. Skiing in Saklikent

Within the province of Antalya is a ski centre at Saklikent, in the Beydag mountain range, at 1850m. Because of its close proximity to Antalya, it is one of the few places in the world that people can ski in the mornings, then swim in the sea in the afternoon.

There are two ski lifts, restaurants, and accommodation available. The skiing season runs between January and April.
The resort can be reached from the centre of Antalya by bus, taxi or a hotel service vehicle in one hour.

Designed by European Ryder cup player David Feherty, and completed in 1994, National Golf Club is probably Turkey's most famous. The landscape is similar to that of Gloria Golf Club, with snowcapped views of the Taurus Mountains and pine and eucalyptus forests. There is also an extensive golf academy.
