Vivenda dos Amores is a beautiful villa with nice garden and a private heated swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equiped with all modern appliances. You will find five comfortable bedrooms with three en-suite bathrooms . The Living and the Dining area has all do you need for a pleasant stay. Also, you will find a games room with table tennis and others games. The villa has central heating and is very fresh in the summer. The garden is secluded and you will find total privacy from neighbours. The place is noisy free. Here you will enjoy all the time 

This villa is located in a quiet place of beach Praia das Macas in the area Sintra-Cascais. The front of the house is close to a beautiful pine trees. There are some restaurants, supermarkets and shops only 5 min. walk from the villa. Also, the beautiful local beach is only 5 min. walk. The tramway line and the bus stop are 5 min. walk. Lisbon center, Cascais, Estoril and Mafra are only half 30 min. drive. You will be very close to the historical monuments in the Sintra hills, (only 15 min. drive). Some adegas for wine tasting are only 10 min. drive and the golf range also 10 min. drive.
 

 

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, vinyl records, cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the villa include table tennis.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find boat hire, flying, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

This is an outstanding property with a lot of extras including free internet access. We all hated to leave. What is more, for English speakers, almost everyone in Portugal speaks some English and things are not difficult to communicate.
