It’s on the third floor with no Lift, but then it’s all in one floor.
There are 2 bedrooms.
1 double bedroom and another with 2 bunk beds and 1single bed.
Open plan Kitchen / dining / living room with sofa that can open into a bed. Sleeps another 2 person.
Bathroom with shower,
There are 2 Terraces. The 2 terrace are private used only by you.
On the second terrace, the one by the kitchen there is a table with 4 chairs and umbrella.
The penthouse is in St Alphonese Str., 2 roads away from the police station area. Its 15minutes walk to the front promenade for shopping, you can have nice walks, nice restaurants to eat and drink . Its 15 min walk to the sea, where you can have a swim. It’s a 15 min walk to the Independence Garden, where you can rest, read and chat, and there are swings for children. Then its 30 minutes walk to Paceville St, Julian’s where Restaurants, Bars and Disco will stay open till early mornings.
It’s fully furnished with, micro wave, gas oven and hob, fridge, and freezer, solar for hot water, washing machine, cable T.V. ecc.
