Located iat the beginning of the Peninsula, in a very strategic position both for sea vacation - Meta has the main beach in the Srrento Peninsula - and for excursions to the very famous touristic destinations of Capri, the Amalfi drive, Ischia or Naples as well as to the cultural sites of Pompei, Hercoulanum, Paestum etc. etc ... At 300 mt. only from the railway station, at 100 mt. from bus stops to/from Amalfi/Positano, Naples, Rome etc, Meta is a very old fishermen village recently opened to tourism from all over the world
