This apartment is situated on the most prestigous Island on Sotogrande. It is situated between the marina & the port and is surrounded by multi million pound yatchs.

This luxery apartment is bright and airy and set in its own garden with a private pool right on the waterfront. It is south west facing which takes advantage of the sun from late morning to sunset.

It has been built to the highest standard and specifications with marble flooring and climate control air conditioning with individual controls in each room.

There is a spacious living and dining area which leads to the grassed garden and patio area via patio doors. The patio area is covered looking out to the waterfront wtih both dining and seating facilities. The patio leads on to the two grassed gardens, the main housing the private pool.

The master bedroom suite has its own patio doors leading out to the garden. It is furnished with a double bed, a large separate fully fitted dressing room, and a bathroom. The bathroom has a separate bath, two vanity basins, heated towel rail and a large power shower cubicle. There is also a separate toilet and bidet.

The second bedroom has fully fitted wardrobes with twin beds and its own ensuite bathroom.

All linen and towels are provided as well as beach towels.

There is a large entrance hall with its own guest cloakroom.
The kitchen has new quality appliances with a separate utility area housing the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Entry is by videophone with twenty four hour security both on the Island and in the resort.There is also secure underground parking. There is a lift that services both the apartment and the garage.

There is no need to drive as it is only minutes to walk to the beach and the main port of Sotogrande where a variety of restaurants,bars, banks and shops can be found.

Please note there is building work within the port and throughout the entire marina.

 

 

 

The appartment is on the waterfront which overlooks the marina and up to the hills and mountains.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, interesting views. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the apartment you will find a zoo, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

Polo fields less than 10 minutes. Skiing in Sierra Nevada 2.5 hours. Kite surfing in Terifa.

Gibralta is only 20 minutes away. There are numerous trips to North Africa from Tereifa & Cadiz.
