This house is quite spacious, light and airy. it boasts a vaulted ceiling with skylight, a huge master bedroom with juliet balconies, a smaller bedroom also with a juliet balcony and a third small bedroom on the first floor. the kitchen is completely equipped. the terazza is furnished with great outdoor furniture and the view encompasses everything from the Virgin of the Panecillo to San Blas Church. If there is anything you need at all, from chauffer to tour services, the property manager and neighbor, Carlos Carrion , will be happy to assist you. He is completely bilingual, (Spanish/ English) and has a degree from the U.S.
 

The house is only 4 blocks from Santo Domingo Plaza. there is some noise since the house is directly across from a school. There is plenty of hot water for the shower , washing machine and bathroom sink( the kitchen sinks do not have hot water: this seems to be a feature of older ecuadorian homes) which is supplied by a dedicated heating unit in the kitchen. As of Feb. 2008, the master bathroom has been completely renovated and there is now a clothes washer and dryer available. as of july, 2008, there is now high speed internet available with wifi capacity. 

I have never had any problems walking around in this neighborhood, and the people living there are very honest and helpful. However, as with any area in quito, you need to be alert. there is a strong police presense until 9:00 p.m. Please excercise caution when walking through the arch leading from Santo domingo Plaza to Rocafuerte.
If you are returning late (this also goes for anywhere in Quito), take a cab. they are very cheap.
Please be advised that this property is listed on several internet sites, and if you have a booking request, it may be declined if i am in negotiation with potential renters from those sites.  

2 of the 3 bedrooms have double beds ,and the master bedroom has a queen size bed. all beds have top of the line orthopedic mattresses. there is an internet cafe 10 ft. from the front door and 3 others within 2 blocks. there is a laundry sevice 1 1/2 blocks away. there are also several food shops, bakeries, and small restaurants within a 4 block distance.

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The house has . The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this house.

The location of the house means you will hear some noise, though not excessive. It has a north facing patio area, a east facing balcony, panoramic views.

Within easy reach of the house you will find climbing, horse riding, a zoo.
