If one is looking for an outdoor area for view of beautiful Colonial Quito...this unit has it. The terrace is large and is complete with a bar-b-que area for those marvelous Sunsets or refreshing breakfasts in Quito. You occasionally can visit with our hummigbirds!  

Public transportaion is convenient. The apartment buidling is directly in front of the Trolley stop for the north and south route in Quito. You can also walk accross parke Almeida and take the other Ecovia trolley line. The buidling is located just as one enters the Historical center of Quito. 

Colonialecuador operates this unit much like a hotel. We provide maid service, laundry service, tours, valet service, and chaufuer service. We will change your sheets once a week at no charge and will change them more on request. We currently manage a total of 10 properties in Colonial Quito.

Views!!!! The spectacular view from the Terrace of the Basilica church and Volcano Pichincha cannot be outdone for that afternoon cocktail or refreshing breakfast. The terrace opens up from the master bedroom as well as hall.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 single and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms for your party's use.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a kettle. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.
