The buildling for this apartment was recently restored and is one of the very few non Colonial or Republican structure in Colonial Quito. The developer maintained the early 20the Century Art Deco design and now has all the modern conveniences. The building only has five units and is very secure, private and exclusive.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed, 1 double sofa bed located in the Den. This gives room for up to 3 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

brandee says: "I stayed in this apartment for three weeks. The apartment was clean and very appealing to the eye. It is close to all the main attractions and located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Eating and shopping are within walking distance. The only thing I found a little disappointing is that there was no T.V., but because there is so much to do in Quito, it didnt serve too much of a problem. The people are very kind and the city is beautiful. I enjoyed my stay immensly. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a nice and comfortable place to call your home away from home."
