Cleaning is done once a month, and you will previously know the date and the time. It includes bed clothes and change of towels. If you want, additional cleaning could be done in your rental in Quito. Remember we want to ensure that you stay in a safe, clean and quiet place. Therefore, our main policies are 3. Apartment sublet, pets and parties are not allowed. 

Upon arrival, our staff will meet you at your apartment with your keys and orient you with the apartment. A passport or national ID must be presented at the check-in. The use of the property by more than the capacity limits of the property will result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 single and 1 cots. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the on site if required, 2 double bunk beds located in the Available in storage. This gives room for up to 3 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
