This is a large, well appointed apartment in a central location. It has over 1000 sq ft (98 sq meters) of living area. There are two spacious bedrooms and one and a half baths. Each bedroom features a queen sized bed. The larger bedroom also has a trundle bed for an additional one or two people. The living room, which can seat six, has a wonderful picture window view of Colonial Quito and Mount Pichincha the city lights are especially beautiful at night. The dining area seats six. The fully equipped kitchen has everything necessary for food preparation – and a great view also. There is Ecuadorian art work throughout the apartment. The recently renovated building is secure, with an elevator up to the apartment level. This apartment would be comfortable for a short stay or an extended stay.

Quito has the largest and most undisturbed Colonial area in Latin America. Its unique mix of Renaissance and Republican era art and architecture make it one of the "must sees" in the world. Colonial Quito is in the process of a restoration and offers newly refurbished museums, restaurants, and theatres that would rival any in the world. Quito is a great walking city, especially on Sundays when the entire Colonial area is pedestrian and bicycle only.

The apartment is located in the Colonial area of Quito just around the corner from the Ecuadorian National Theatre, Teatro Sucre, and is convenient to the Trolley Line. It is an easy walk to all the main attractions in Colonial Quito, including many great restaurants. A short bus or taxi ride takes you to the Mariscal Sucre area of New Town and the weekend art market at Parque Ejido. The building manager’s apartment is located just as you enter the building.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
