Historic center Pelourinho is in walking distance (1 km) and one of the best beaches too Porto da Barra (2 km). It is a great opportunity to spend carnival period because you just cross the street to see the carnival. It is a safe area with bars, restaurants, shopping centers, banks, bakery, coffees, etc. A bus stop with lines to the most famous beaches, airport, shopping centers etc is 100m away. It is safe and you can walk to the beach if you wish. A great oportunity to know Bahia's people and culture.
