This property used to be a cottage which has been converted without losing its 'old feel'. It is in a very good location within 5 min walk to the town centre and all pubs, restaurants. The house sleeps 5 people and has a very large South Facing back garden with a very large patio area . It is very relaxing in the evening or during the day with plenty of room for children to play. If you wish you can park your car up and walk no need for taxi's .  

Dungarvan itself is a great touring area for West Waterford. There are golf courses, hill walks, swiming, water sports, sailing, and much more. The region is full of history and you are also beside the Gaelteack Rinn. The town itself has many pubs and restaurants where you can have a meal from Pub Grub to Gourmet . You can sit down outside one of the many pubs or restaurants on the harbour and watch the world go by while sipping a glass of wine ! You will never be short of things to do with plenty to keep all the family entertained. 

This is a holiday to chill out and get into the mood of a small town. Once you have been to Dungarvan and seen the beautifuly countryside you will just want to come back for more ! 

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 5 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
