Pauline's Cottage is located in the historic seaside area of Old Parish in West Waterford, on the sunny south-east coast of Ireland - The Irish Riviera.

Situated just a short drive to beautiful local beaches and near to the resorts of Dungarvan, Ardmore, Youghal and Tramore, this lovely cottage is ideally placed for families or a group of friends and for beach holidays, golf, fishing and walking.

Set in the lovely rolling hills between Youghal and Dungarvan, yet close to the beaches and facilities, Pauline's Cottage is the 100 year old farm cottage of the Power Family. Lovingly renovated to include all home comforts, Pauline's cottage is very comfortable home and is a great base from which to see the whole area.

With 3 bedrooms the cottage can accommodate 5 + a baby. Inside the single storey cottage there are 2 double bedrooms, and a single bedroom with a cot. The cottage has a seperate kitchen, a small living room to relax and have a quiet read and a large living / dining room with an open fire to keep you snug and warm. There is a large bathroom with bath and seperate shower. The cottage has satelite T.V., music system and oil fired central heating.
The kitchen is fully fitted, with oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, washine machine and even includes a dishwasher!
 

Pauline's cottage is set in quiet country lane, but just 15 minues by car from the lively resort towns of Youghal and Dungarvan, and 5 minutes to shops of An Rinn. All kinds of entertainments are at hand, such as Traditional Irish music sessions, ceilighs, local traditional pubs, beaches, golfing, fishing and sailing.

The beach is less than 15 minutes away, as is the nearest golf course. 

The farm house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The farm house has 1 bathrooms for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The farm house has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking farm house

The farm house is in a very quiet area. It has a south facing garden, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking.

She told us the best places to eat and even took us on a brief tour of the area so that we could find the pubs and local supermarket. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. The locals are very friendly and it's a good base to tour Corcaigh and Waterford. We even went as far as the Gap of Dunloe in Kerry! This property is excellent value for money and far exceeded our expectations. All the home comforts and facilities. Will definitley be back!"
