Situated in the tranquil surroundings of Southern Dunes Golf & country club, which is a 24 hr security gated community for your peace of mind. The villa has three bedrooms, plus a double sofa bed. The master bedroom has en-suite facilities with a walk in wardrobe and looks out over the pool area, and a second tv. The second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes & ample drawer space, both have hairdryers. The third also has wardrobes again with plenty of drawer space and two single beds.
Two large sofas(one is a double sofa bed) give comfort to the living area whilst watching cable TV or a DVD. There is also a mini Hi-Fi/CD. The large dining table seats six and is situated off the living area with views through the patio doors of the swimming pool.
There is a fully equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice, toaster, coffee maker and all cutlery/crockery (including outdoor). There are also two barstools to sit at the breakfast bar. Washing machine and tumble dryer are out of sight in the garage.
The private pool has its own table/chairs and sun loungers on which to relax . Southern Dunes has its own lake, in which you can fish, tennis courts, childrens play area and two large communal pools and of course a championship golf course of 7227 yds, which has a string of awards.
A 24hr WalMart is at the entrance along with restauraunts, shops and fuel. Eagle Ridge shopping mall is a short drive to the south on US 27.

AnnMar is a really great place for the Kids. Its safe and secure with quiet traffic free streets. You can all enjoy the walking and cycling tracks, the fishing lake....dont swim I'm sure I saw an alligator!! The community pools, tennis courts and the play area.The fantastic golf, the beaches , theme parks, lakes , bass fishing, boating the list justs keeps going. Eagle Ridge Mall with big name shops and a 12 screen cinema is about 15mins away. You wont believe whats available around the area it is really one of Floridas best kept secrets.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
