The Cottage has a Queen bed upstairs with juliet balcony. The living area has comfortable seating for four. This is warmed by a pot belly stove. A mini kitchen is part of the spacious living area. The downstairs bed room has two single beds. Ideal for the young family. Outdoor lounging and dining furniture.
We have a full use of free guest laundry. 

Because of the stunning location and beautiful grounds, we are delighted to host weddinds. Please feel free to enjoy the garden. A manicured lawn stretches to the river edge where you will find the hot hydrotherapy massage spa. To complement this we have built a large Gazebo, with table and chairs for 8.
During the summer we often see couples using the barbeque and Gazebo for the evening meal, and enjoying the river view and listening to the stereo provided.
 

For those people that would like to see Milford Sound and the Southern alps in stlye. You can be picked up from the front lawn by helicopter.

The cottage comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The cottage has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The cottage has television video, dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The cottage is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a north facing garden, a summer house, a north facing patio area, a north facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The cottage is right beside a beach, flying, walking, historic sites.

Close to the cottage you will find swimming, water skiing, boat hire, climbing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, skiing/snowboarding, tennis, a museum, a zoo, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the cottage you will find sailing, fishing, golf, a sports center.
